This product is usually produce as boneless, for household consumption , in carton packaging ( 20 to 30 kgs cartons ) , and mostly supplied from Brazil country . But also , it has supplied sometimes from other countries such as Paraguay , Australia , Poland , and Pakistan .
In order to produce it for household consumption , only the young male cattle , with birth certificates , and under 30 months of age will used . Production steps include: Slaughtering, pre-cooling the carcass ( 2 days ) , removing the extra fats ( reach to max 7 percent of fat ) , deboning and cutting the carcass (in to the 1 to 3 kgs pieces) , packing the pieces of each carcass part ( forequarter , hindquarter , neck , flank , striploin , etc ) in separate special cardboard boxes with separate labels on the cartons, and finally fast freezing ( by keeping the cartons at freezing tunnel for 1 to 2 days ) . After freezing , the final product will be ready to loading at Refrigerated containers , and transfer to the destination .
