Dadar company imports frozen lamb meat (bone in) to Iran, usually from Australia, and sometimes from Mongolia, Uruguay, and some Middle Asian countries (such as Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia).
In order to producing this product, the carcass usually divided to 5ribs (forequarter, hindquarter, neck, flank, striploin) and packed in separate cartons (20-30 kg at each carton).
Since the frozen lamb produced for Iran is used for household consumption, Dadar accept only livestock to have the birth certificate, and are less than 18 months age. The pieces of each carcass part (lamb cuts), must packed in separate special cardboard boxes with separate labels on the cartons. After packing the separate cuts in separates box, in order to fast freezing, the boxes will sent into the freezing tunnel and kept there for 1 to 2 days, until the meat depth temperature reaches to -18 c.
Finally after freezing , the final product would be ready to loading at refrigerated containers , and transfer to the destination.
Also, for assurance about producing healthy and halal meat, all process of lamb production for Iran (slaughtering, cutting, packing, and transferring) will be done under supervision of Iranian health and religiose representatives. Furthermore, Dadar company send his inspectors to the Slaughterhouse, for more quality controls.
