All production stages of the meat imported by Dadar (including: animal approval, slaughtering, packaging, freezing, loading and transportation) are based on the health protocols approved by the Iranian Veterinary Organization (IVO) and the relevant health institution at country of origin. In fact, all production process, carry out under supervision of an IVO representative, as well as health inspectors of the country of origin. In addition to health representatives, a religious representative will supervise the animal slaughtering, in order to production of halal meat.
Also regarding to the frozen fish and Livestock feeds, there are related health and quality protocols.
Furthermore, in order to ensure about health issues, after arriving all these products to the Iranian customs, various health tests will perform by IVO again.
In addition to IVO representative and protocols, we also send our representative to the country of origin, for more assurance about the quality (especially about the first contracts with new suppliers).
